Quiet and magnificent location near the nearest post office, the main shopping street, and the main attraction of the tower, I felt safe. Also, St Doulagh's Church was 4 km away from the hotel. The room was tasteful and large with central heating, a work desk, and a TV set. All the necessary was there, including bathroom with a walk-in shower...

The rooms are amazing with a smart TV, the staff is friendly and helpful, assisting with all questions.

we recommend the hotel. everything was perfect. it's 15 mins walk to the center. we loved to chill in the nearby ottavo nano. when we arrived the host was best. bidets in the private bathroom was a plus.

The location of this venue is convenient, right next to the Railway Station and Italy.

Perfect location, just a short walk to the historical center. Alberto and his wife were incredibly nice and helpful. Plus, the price was great and the area was quiet. An all-around fantastic experience!

We verbleven in een kamer met gelijkwaardige voorzieningen als in een Crowne Plaza, recht aan de Maas rivier. Het ontbijt was natuurlijk lekker en goed verzorgd.

Helaas liet de hygiëne in de kamer te wensen over, met vieze badkamer en gaten in het beddengoed.

We had an really good stay at Lucca In Chic. The room was exactly as photographed - clean, modern, and with a comfortable bed. The shower was excellent and the WiFi worked perfectly. We loved the beautiful balcony with its views over the quiet courtyard. The location was ideal, within easy walking distance to the walled city. Alberto, the host, was helpful and kind. He provided excellent recommendations for restaurants, all of which were superb and not touristy. Alberto's prompt communication via WhatsApp made our stay easy. On top of that, when we unfortunately lost our keys and wallet, Alberto were very good too track them down and ensure their safe return to us. We couldn't have asked for better treatment. I highly recommend Lucca In Chic and will definitely return.

Great communication with the owner who was very helpful at all times. Room was spotlessly clean and was cleaned every 2 days.- The location of the room was perfect, within easy walking distance of all the attractions.

One additional chair in the room and on the balcony would have been better for more seating options. Getting lost in the streets of Lucca was a bit frustrating, especially with a taxi driver who didn't know the area well.

We had such a wonderful time during our xmas holidays stay. the hotel's location was just perfect, as everything we wanted to see and visit was just a short walk away. the rooms were also spotlessly clean and very comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
